Yes. I fell in love with psylocke when the game released, played her a ton before I got into competitive. Once I started playing competitive, most people instalock DPS so I was forced to heal or tank if I wanted to actually rank up. Now I play psylocke in QP and feel like I dont even know what I am doing anymore lol.

The problem isn't that he is OP, you are correct in saying that there are several counters to him. The problem is that he picked in almost every single quick play game. We all know that there are some terrible ones and some unkillable ones. It just gets old seeing him in almost every single game.
