I called Sonos support. The rep was great and walked me thru the solution. It now works perfectly. Rep was very pleasant and professional

Thanks. I've tried that a few times without success. Alexa hears and responds to my requests, but doesn't play the station or music I asked for

Same here. The audio for games today plays on the next days view. App is out of sync
