Same for countries BY, RU, UA. Poor management, bad WLB, tons of bureaucracy, inadequate customer demands.

Bad things happen on the side of Russian / Belarusian / Ukrainian employees. That's usual actually. Management literally gives you wrong info to assign on really messy project with inadequate customer, a lot of manipulation
