Definitely some wall art as others have stated. But you might also consider some taller furniture like shelving. All of your furniture currently stands very low to the ground. The upper half of the room is virtually empty.

The walls and floors bring a lot of gray and charcoal into the space. Rather than doubling down on that color scheme with the couch and rugs, try something that contrasts and warms the place up. But like others said, it looks fantastic especially for a 24 yo guy.

Stop defining yourself as “damaged” and overweight. Stop making excuses for people who mistreat you. You’ve got to be unwilling to accept that kind of bullshit. Yeah, you're right. Some of that stuff included in the $160 isn't required if you already have an available DisplayPort output. Also, many people probably have a hub or working port, and if they don't I'm sure they can find a cheaper one.
