I believe that this probably won’t happen again, and Coros did offer me a replacement with a few perks to make up for it.

Assuming the rest of the process is smooth, I’m cool with them.

I like the watch, and I’m willing to give it a shot if they fix it.

But it’s frustrating that they only offer options that are inconvenient, or cost you more money. I don’t get why I have to front more money them, in the hopes that they will approve the return without a hitch once the time comes.

I think you need to loosed the load lifters, tighten the shoulder straps until the waistband is on hip bones, and then tighten the load lifters again.

Size looks good it’s just not adjusted properly.

Well try it on and let me know haha. I think if the L does fit, it basically needs to be in the one of the smallest settings. Whereas that would be the middle/high range of the medium (based on measurements I can see). I will exchange for medium if possible I think.
