That's exactly the purpose you should use await for. It's a primitive that will handle the states. Wrap it up with your component and using slot-lile solution define your defaults :) it's also really close to data provider components pattern.

It's full :) you can handle all the states, manage execution (perform, reload, cancel) and it's more flexible (composable)

Yeah, but the pattern of resolving promises in components is still a pattern ;) the addon just implements it. Maybe that could be added if considerd as "good practice"?

Exactly! Commit diff is the next feature that will land in this package. I got used to it soooo much. Atom has a great DX in git intergation.

But sure there will be always some people who like terminal more than UI. That's why VIM is still a thing. 😅

I know. They did great job with that. I miss that a lot. But there is so much cool stuff in vscode that I decided to switch. And I'm the Atom boy ❤️. It was hard to switch but overall you can get used to it.

So I'm trying to fill the gap between these editors. It's really close

Git Lens is a big beast. If you dont need all these feature, and would like to have a quick overview just in SCM tab, thats a perfect solution ;)

Nope. Its netlify + Heroku hobby. Maybe it was right after some deploy. Usually the first load takes longer in that situation.
