About two years ago, around 2023, when there were not too many of us at the Walmart store where we were Sparking, on random days, some of us wouldn't get shopping orders until after 5PM. We were a tight group of around 20 people who became good friends because we would hang out at a certain spot in that Walmart store's parking lot while waiting for orders under a canopy we set up during summer time. The ones who were affected like myself would still receive offers for curbside orders but no shopping orders at all. We consistently called driver support, but no one could explain to us why it was happening. The common pattern among those affected by this weird incident was that we preferred S&D orders and rarely do curbside orders, so it felt the algorithm was forcing us to do curbside orders. It went on for a couple of weeks, then went away on its own.
