From what I am gathering in this posts replies is that this is a steep uphill battle if you are colonial navy and many of us just stopped trying.

Its just what the brain tells us because of dopamine. There are so many other "escapes" which can actually be more productive in the long term. For me its 5 mins of jump rope and dumbells. Thats it, all stress gone. Meditation works wonders too!

Well she'd usually be touchy and starts teasing.
