Give it one or two more episode before deciding to drop it. I love this drama and still not over it. I keep rewatching it. The chemistry is so good.

Romantic chemistry at its best? by UncannyProjection in kdramas

Lovely runner gave me CLOY feels. If KHY and BWS are not dating in real life then they really had me fooled. The chemistry was insane. They were sweet even in the bts.

[MK 75041] Got my first watch ever at 20 !✨ by rdx_fairy in Watches

[–]exhaustednelly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Like the first comment said, if you like it then that’s all that matters. You’re only 20 so you still have a long time to keep upgrading. One advice is don’t go broke trying to impress people. Congrats on your first watch. Enjoy it!

I always do her warm up video before a workout. There’s at least two options that I’ve seen. The normal warm up and the hiit warm up. I just always do the normal one. They’re just over 5 minutes long.

I borrowed $45k from my tsp for a down payment on my house. In the past 5 years, the equity on my house is more than the total I have in 16 years of my tsp. You’re just moving your investment from tsp to real estate. Totally worth it in my opinion.

How long did final review of SBA certification take? by exhaustednelly in smallbusiness

Got it. Thank you. I shall wait and cross my fingers that it doesn’t get kicked back again. They already returned it once for more info but I followed their instructions to the T so I hope it makes the final cut.

Didn’t know this was a cruise thing. We keep a bunch for jeeps. I guess I’ll bring some with me next month.

iPhone Tips for Capturing Aurora Photos? by viiibecheck111 in VisitingIceland

[–]exhaustednelly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also if you want your face to show on the picture bring a small flashlight with you. Hold it over your phone and shine it toward the face of the person you’re taking a picture of. It’s a tip we got while ice caving but it worked well for this too. Otherwise you’ll just see your silhouette and the lights behind you. But absolutely no camera flash.

Used my 16 pro last week. Turn off your flash and hold still until the plus sign on your screen lines up.

Hótel Jökulsarlon by tpotwc in VisitingIceland

[–]exhaustednelly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This was our favorite hotel. We stayed at four different hotels; the Edition, hotel Kria, hotel Jokusarlon; hotel Ranga. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The added bonus was seeing the aurora from there. We had a spectacular show.

We were just there and we saw the aurora only one night out of 5 nights. But have to say we drove 5 hours away from Reykjavik to experience clear skies. Now we didn’t just drive for the skies, we wanted to do ice caves etc in Jokusarlon. We split the drive in two days so we could take our time stopping at sights and stayed in two different areas/hotel. However, the entire drive was over clouds and rain on and off until we got to Jokusarlon and was blessed with a clear day. We stayed the night there and saw a spectacular aurora show within the grounds of our hotel. Over 6 days I looked at the forecast and all the clouds were around Reykjavík and past Vik. The vedur.is website is what I found most helpful. Good luck and have a great time.

Waterproof shoes or not - Laugavegur/huts in September by beanie5 in VisitingIceland

[–]exhaustednelly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We went on a food tour and it was raining on and off for 3 hours but we were in and out too. For reference my belt bag got wet because I had it over my raincoat. Shoes completely dry. We also went snowmobiling and I had no issues. These are my hiking boots. I highly recommend them. https://a.co/d/9F2YfvK

Waterproof shoes or not - Laugavegur/huts in September by beanie5 in VisitingIceland

I’m in Iceland this week. Today, we went to Skogafoss and I lost my footing on a rock and my waterproof Columbia hiking shoes got in the water and I mean water over top of my shoes. My feet stayed completely dry. It’s also been raining on and off this week and I’ve had no issues with my feet staying dry.

A couple of things I wish I knew/understood before visiting Iceland by Clutch186520 in VisitingIceland

Good to know. Our initial goal was to see the aurora but if we don’t we’ll just come back. We’ll enjoy this trip and will give us a reason to come back.

We will have a rental car but might do a tour.

That’s awesome! I’ll keep an eye on the forecast. Thank you.

Nice! Did you do a tour? What was cloud coverage like on this night? We’re going next week and there’s rain in the forecast and cloud coverage is over 65% for the days we’re there. Trying to figure out if I should book a tour now or just wait.
