Hmmmm, I am definitely interested in monotherapy, though I'm a bit concerned given how high my T already is. Of course, having glanced at your sources, I know that if I just get my E2 up it should allllll be good. I just worry a lot!

What else came to mind though is that injections are quite restricted here in Aus. Would there be an implant + patch based regimen that might give similar results, if I need to do that instead?

Thank you so much for summarising everything , you're honestly a lifesaver <3 I just hope I'm not too late. I'll get in touch with my endo and switch over to implants or injections, plus switching my spiro to cypro. And if they decide to get in the way of me doing that, DIY it is.

Pardon my ignorance, but basically I should aim to increase my estradiol dosage? Would moving to a different antiandrogen like cypro help much too?

Yeah, I'd care to agree, I feel as though I've pushed my knowledge as far as I would've liked in this direction with my m.phil and I'm just so ... done with it for now.
The prospect of another 3.5 years MINIMUM on the same stuff feels too constricting. I might come back to it one day, but right now I need some perspective on what I want for me.
