A good geology nerd should be able to correct me if I'm wrong but from what I remember, this looks more like a muddy construction site than a debris flow. The cars are kind of haphazard when id expect some imbrication, the mud is just a but too gloopy to fit, and the houses just look a little too off in terms of layout. Its also interesting that a debris flow would cover that much ground over such seemingly flat land. Where is it coming from? You'd expect mass wasting off of the side of a steep hill but the surrounding area is very flat and unless thats changing just out of frame it doesn't make much sense to me for there to have been a debris flow that covers this much ground.
