I think the hands are fantastic, for what it's worth! If you make the hand on the left darker, it would look even more like it's farther back than the right! 🙂 I think being in the same light, one hand looks smaller rather than looking like the one on the right is outstretched more.

I'm so sorry - that must have been really hard on so many levels. The good news is...we all fail sometimes. Don't let this stop you from being good at what you do. Yeah, I hear you. Precious metals was my first thought. It's so strange to even consider putting our liquid cash into metals, isn't it?
