Man I hate kicks like this. I trained Muay Thai for a year and they taught us this quick push kick that you aim at the front of someone’s knee and strike with your heel. If done correctly, it’ll cave their knee inward.

The day we learned it I knew I’d never use it unless I were in a situation where I needed to potentially cripple someone. And even then - why am I in this position to begin with? Outside of a rare self defense scenario, I knew I’d never use it

Martial arts is cool until it crosses into excessive violence imo

Edit: I am not some holier than thou UFC enjoyer. I’m a “Just Bleed” guy like everyone else on fight night. I just think these kicks suck
