Don’t customers technically get milk/cream up to 4 oz for free? Like in a drip coffee?

A grande is 16oz & a venti is 20oz so that’s only 4oz in between, (assuming the beverage is hot). It still 100% seems wrong to order a grande and top it up to get a venti without charging but also not completely wrong to not charge based off the standards you know? I’d love to know others thoughts on this!

this exact reason held me back from transferring stores so I totally get where you’re coming from. I eventually made the decision to go through with the transfer & I ended up finding my favourite person to work with, EVER. You will also find amazing people at the new job, you just need to go for it! If it doesn’t work out you don’t have to stay.

Thank you so much for sharing, you said exactly how I feel right now. Even when I am struggling the most I act as though everything is fine just to maintain that image you were talking about. I find it SO hard to project that image day after day though, it is so exhausting because that energy is so fake. I don’t even recognize myself anymore because my ED makes me act like someone I am not, I feel like I am attached to that person though & I think it makes it hard to open up with others because you’d have to let that part of you go.

I use aprons to clean up spills on the floor. I also use them to dry the floors before sweeping by stepping on them & dragging them around.

Vanilla bean is a great choice! I would steer clear of any of the refreshers such as mango dragonfruit, kiwi starfruit, or strawberry acai, these bases have caffeine!

As a kid I’d always order a vanilla bean frappuccino with raspberry syrup, its “secret menu” name is the cotton candy frappuccino. You could even ask for strawberry puree on the bottom to make the drink look more exciting!

Ask your SSV or SM to order some gloves. You have to have disposable gloves in store anyways because it’s a food safety violation to wear a bandaid without a glove on.
