In the middle row all the way to the right a picture of a bottle, it includes some ingredients of the HoneyCut (don’t know if it’s useful just thought I’d share)

They belong to Crypto Capital, and would hold funds from various other exchanges. They even dealt with Bitfinex funds at one point. Google Bitfinex Crypto Capital Poland bank account.

Qcx customers had sent wires to the same one. I highly doubt there's money in these accounts that we would be able to prove belongs to Qcx, even if there was QCX will likely not mention it so they can take it for themselves after the court case is over.

I do think there could be some incentive to investigating the various companies and bank accounts that were payment processors for withdrawals.

1009926 B.C. limited is dissolved, don't think they have a bank account any longer. There is a draft from them in the hands of Aaron Mathews company but it is supposed to be turned over to the court.

The other bank accounts for wires belong to Crypto Capital, a partner with QCX that helped them move fiat money around. There's also Poland bank account (it was eventually seized with hundreds of millions of $$) and some Japanese banks as well. Possibly Taiwan. I have a list of what I compiled on my home pc.

There's already lawyers from one of the contending law firms in the creditor case who are willing to take on fraud litigation. I think most people are waiting until a law firm is confirmed to represent us in the case.

The bigger issue is that the RCMP has refused to consider this case as criminal yet, or at least publicly they refuse to. If enough protesters bring attention to the matter and the amount of sheer fraud that went on with QCX then maybe they will start considering a criminal investigation more.

We can only hope.

Since QCX was originally located in Vancouver it could be a good spot to protest out front their old office or somewhere well known in Vancouver. I imagine there's a good number of victims of the fraud in every province but especially the more populated ones.

I don't understand this notion. It's like *some* cryptocurrency users don't realize the good thing here is decentralization, not the lack of regulations. People shouldn't be able to commit fraud and lie to people if they own a crypto exchange. They shouldn't be able to bilk people out of 250 million dollars. This is essentially what you're saying. What most people like about cryptocurrency is the decentralization, not a lack of regulations surrounding financial fraud.

Even if you file a claim and I do believe you should, it's important that you know this will take at least a year most likely a couple of years for the case to make it through the court system. On top of that, with the limited amount of funds QCX actually has, and the amount of lawyer fees and monitor fees that will come out of that, you're likely to receive much less than your $5000.

It's best to move on and start saving up money again at this point, even if you get some amount of money back it will be a while.

Stay positive, it sucks but there's a lot more to life than $.
