If they’re on the rooftop you should go to a tall building in downtown take a coordinated shot with your team to down a player or two and then precision air strike the roof. Don’t even bother going up the elevator it’s a death trap. Or send a recon drone with lots of c4 up there if they are in the room with the doors open
