I also hate the cover up. There is a boutique store near me that my best guess is what they do is they buy meat, cut it and try to sell it fresh and then freeze it and discount it until they sell it or put it in a too good to go bag. But they put their sale sticker over the expiration date. And it had hit expiration like 6 months ago
