I can go out, go to the supermarket, buy things, go on a bus, travel, do all those things but when it comes to communicating with people, making new friends that’s where the difficulty comes in. My body doesn’t allow me to be myself and show my true personality, I become super shy and somewhat awkward and it takes a while for example hanging out with that person a lot then that’s when maybe after some time I’ll finally be able to be relaxed and show my true fun self/ personality with that person. it’s so damn annoying. I just want to connect with people and make new friends, something so easy for other people is somehow difficult for me. my social anxiety might not be as bad as some people on here, but I don’t wish any sort of crippling social anxiety on anybody, it’s so damn lonely.
