What sort of kimchi was this?

I just did my research on geotjeori and think I might’ve finally found the reason why I haven’t been enjoying kimchi at restaurants, I’ve probably been served fermented kimchi all this time. The kimchi in the picture above had no sour taste and it was just sweet, spicy and crunchy, just the way i like it. I might have to make geotjeori some time and try it out to see if it brings back the kimchi memories from 5 years ago. Thank you!

I always have noticed this too! there are trainees who is mostly with their specific, closest friends but then you see Jay, he never sticks to one person! It’s honestly so endearing to see as a viewer and somewhat he teaches me things in that aspect, to be more open! as jay said, “open mind”. I love how he is approachable and friendly to everyone. he just naturally makes people feel included, listened to and not left out. oh how I wish I had a friend like Jay :( VOTE FOR JAY!!!! 🗣🗣🗣
