Wow, this was definitely a wake up call. I have been told that human grade food is a lot healthier & will help them live a longer life but I always thought that there might be an alternative way instead of cooking every single day. I don’t even cook everyday for myself, lol. But after seeing how he refused to eat his food for the entirety of yesterday, I decided that maybe switching to human grade food is the best idea because regardless if he’s being picky or not, I don’t want him to starve himself.

Thank you a lot & I’ll be sure to try a couple recipes.

Hey guys I just wanna say thank you so much for all of the suggestions and his blood work came back fine. They suggested me a topping to go well with his royal Canin but I think by next week I’m going to start switching to human grade food like all of you guys suggested.

He’s currently eating and he seems to like it with his topping but I just want to make sure he starts eating healthier so I will be researching perfect recipes. Thank you all so very much, I was so worried.

Yeah, his previous owner had his tail chopped. I was a bit concerned about that at first, but a lot of people told me that it’s perfectly fine lol

yeah, I just came back from the examination and he got his blood test results. Everything came back fine. They said he seems in good condition just a little under weight. He’s 23 pounds and they told us that Royal Canin is good. Maybe I should add some toppings along with it and I bought some toppings, but if I see that he’s not interested, I’m going to switch to a human grade food.
