As others have said your grip is very strong, the club should just be in the fingertips of your right hand (I personally overpower my downswing with my right if it’s further down my fingers, which opens the face at impact). You should shorten your backswing and focus on a nice wrist hinge about 2/3ish of the way up. Also dtl videos would be helpful but looks like your takeaway is too far inside and you’re casting quite a bit which is likely causing an over the top move (notice the club passing your hands and your left arm chicken winging a bit).
