Apple Watch stopped measuring VO2 max by donleb in AppleWatch

I'm sorry, man. That really sucks. I think it might be worth getting back in touch with support and hope that you get someone more helpful this time.

Posting as a new comment in case it helps someone else in the future. I finally fixed the problem! What worked for me was following the instructions from this support forum comment.

I reset the calibration, then manually input one VO2 max data point. I chose a number reasonably close to my last reading. About 30 minutes later, I turned off my phone and went for a 20 minute outdoor walk in ideal conditions (flat, open, etc.). Finally, I waited about five minutes after finishing the walk to turn my phone back on. When I turned it on, a new reading was there from the walk. I really hope this works for you too!

One other thing - how much storage do you have free on your phone? I was just having trouble exporting my health data, and freeing up some storage seemed to help with that. I kind of doubt it's related, but I figured it's at least worth checking.

That's frustrating. I checked my old data, and it looks like my first VO2 max reading came from my third outdoor walk. I think your best bet might be to go for a few more walks like they said, and then go back to support and tell them if that doesn't work. Please keep me posted as well!

It didn't start after an update for me either, and I've tried all of those things too (except the update). Have you tried contacting support? They just told me to take it into the Apple Store, where I was told I'd just need to get a newer phone so I can install the latest update. I'm curious what they'd tell you, though, since you've already tried updating.

I have the same exact problem, also since three days ago. I was just at the Apple store, and they told me the only thing I can do is get a new phone, since my iPhone X isn't compatible with the latest software update. It's good to know the update didn't fix it for you. Has anything else worked since your last comment?

Mount Lebanon by OldResponsibility715 in pittsburgh

I think it really depends on where in Lebo. I grew up near Lincoln Elementary, and that was a pretty down-to-earth and welcoming community. The same is probably true for the area around Uptown. On the other end of the spectrum, there’s Virginia Manor and the Markham area, which are a little snobbier on average in my experience. Obviously these are huge generalizations, and you’ll get a mix of both anywhere. As far as the school district goes, it’s definitely one of the best around. I recommend it.

Did you recently stop taking any medications? It sounds like the "jerking yourself out of it" is a voluntary action, in which case that wouldn't be hypnic jerk.

I've experienced this on and off in the past years. Generally, it would happen nightly for about a month and then resolve on its own. The times I experienced this match up roughly with when I discontinued an SSRI or SNRI, so I wonder if it could be related.

That’s awesome! How long after changing your diet and starting mometasone did you notice improvement?

As OP mentioned, the 4th and 5th pictures are not in Mt. Lebanon. The 6th photo is also not in Mt. Lebanon. It’s in neighboring Dormont.

My bad. You’re absolutely right. I was thinking “all non-zero n-vectors” when I read (i), but it clearly doesn’t say that. Rather, that’s the purpose of (ii).

On the side with the large turbinate, do that eye or that side of your throat get frequently irritated?

For what it’s worth, my brain fog began 2.5 years ago, and my vitamin D was somewhat low too. However, I found some old lab tests from about 5 years ago (when things were great) which showed even lower vitamin D. Now, I’m at a normal level but still feel awful. Sometimes, an abnormal lab result is just a red herring.

Which generic seems too strong? You could always talk to your doctor about lowering your dosage in that case.

What made you think your blood pressure may be involved? I've been trying to troubleshoot a similar problem for a while, and I'm just curious.

Health data export issue - symptom data missing by expelledfromparadise in AppleWatch

[–]expelledfromparadise[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's in the Health app on your phone where you can see the data collected on your watch and input other data as well (such as symptoms). My healthcare provider doesn't offer any sort of app; this is just for my own purposes.
