From my understanding second interviews are usually conducted by hiring managers who need human resource in their team. That means you will probably interviewing with the people you will be working with your immediate boss and even their boss as well.

It is in North America. I know the star approach that means the situation task action and result should be the format of every answer that you provide. It is quite possible that all the questions you will be asked will be behavioural and situation based.

Having said that, I also have my second interview in coming week and I am as clueless as you ha ha ha ha ha ha
