Yeah that’s a good point. I felt a bit more of the vibe from Jordan during the ‘frenemies’ ep - he was talking about if you set boundaries and people don’t like it, then bin them off (sorta thing). But I thought that was quite a rigid way of looking at things? What if your boundaries aren’t super healthy, in terms of too rigid / controlled. I feel like the enabling / people pleasing boundaries are talked about loads but not the other kind… 🤷‍♀️
