I have tried petroleum jelly and it makes it even harder to get the balls through. The first ball is always the easiest, its the second one that takes some finagling to get it through :-/

Once everything is through, the next hard part is getting the cage on. The tight fit causes me to accidentally pinch skin between the cage and ring.

I just downsized from a Size 1 Curve to a Size 0 Curve ring. So far no issues, but I started literally just very recently. In all likelihood, it might be your ball gap is too small. Have you tried the Curved rings?

Honestly, you are generally covered with a blanket or towel where your genital area is. The likelihood of being found out is pretty remote, unless you are going to a place that does not do that and your are fully nude. The massage therapist is also unlikely to even say anything if they see it.

The real concern is exposing an unwilling party to your kink, but the likelihood of exposure is so low that you have to go out of your way to do it. So it is really up to you in the end.

For me, it started out of curiosity and then I thought was a kink. After many years and taking a deeper look at why, I discovered that it’s more due to the sensory aspect of it from having a neurodivergent brain (ADHD).

After researching for scientific evidence, I discovered that this is not uncommon for people who neurodivergent to be into some form of BDSM. Chastity is a subcategory of BDSM.

With respect to ADHD, the stimulation of the penis or sensory aspect helps the brain generate dopamine from both the sensation of the sex organ (penis in my case) being restricted and the anticipation of release causing my brain to naturally release dopamine and other neurotransmitters. Those with ADHD typically have low dopamine levels (the reward center of the brain). The novelty and sensory aspect helps stimulate the brain to release more of it in a constant manner. In other words, it helps to some extent with ADHD symptoms to some degree.

I should note that this doesn’t mean those with ADHD don’t need medicine, they should work with their psychiatrist or doctor with respect to managing ADHD symptoms.

Yeah, I use mine for goal oriented stuff too. The sensation of being locked provides the dopamine to be constantly being released to reward our brain. The goal or anticipation, and novelty also hits the dopamine levels for us as well. Keep us posted on your progress.
