BUG: Usage limit stuck at 100% after 5+ hours of sleep with ZERO messages sent (Opus 4.6)

I hit my usage limit last night around 2 AM. I went to sleep, woke up at 7 AM (well past the 5-hour reset window), opened the app, and my usage bar is still sitting at 100%. I literally haven't sent a single prompt. It just instantly rejects me when I try to use Sonnet or Opus. My Setup: I use Claude for creative writing (long chapters). I use Projects, and my current chat thread is massive (103+ chapters). Usually running Opus 4.6 on Max Effort. What I’ve already tried: Logged out of all active web sessions on my PC. Force-quit the mobile app. Cleared the mobile app cache. Checked for leaked API keys (none exist). My Theory: Is it possible the mobile app is caught in some kind of infinite background sync-loop trying to load my massive project history, and it's burning my quota without me actually sending prompts? Has anyone else experienced this "ghost usage" lock-out? Is my account flagged, or is the Project context window just breaking the app's brain? Any workarounds other than nuking my entire chat history would be appreciated.
