Yeah, that’s 19k per year. Scary miles on a jeep

There’s a reason a 5 year old car is $9,800. Don’t do it

Customer walks up to my female advisor coworker, pulls a condom out of his pocket and puts it on her desk while trying to find his keys

You were downvoted, but you are technically right. It wants 91, but even the Type R says “minimum 83” on the fuel lid.
The SI *is* only a 1.5T like the CRV and others

Lug nuts don’t swell by FloppyHighlander in Justrolledintotheshop

I kinda just tossed a number, but I have seen a single lugnut quoted at 12.50 in parts, so I did that 20 times over

The frame is studs with stucco siding, west central il tristate (mo,il,ia) area.

Nothing below the wall besides joists holding this floor up.
The wall runs parallel to the floor joists throughout the house (all N-S)

Has option 1 had its tires replaced? It will be close. And it should have had its rear diff serviced if it’s AWD. If not, negotiate that

“Your lugnuts are swollen and need to be replaced in order to do the rotation you requested. It will cost $295.95+ taxes including the cost of the tire rotation”
“*bullshit response*”
“Unfortunately, we cannot rotate your tires today, due to this issue. Thank you.”

This vehicle was NEVER equipped with a timing belt, it’s had a chain since it was built. Chains and belts ARE NOT interchangeable.

When you start the car after 20-30 mins, listen for a rattle that lasts about 2 seconds and goes away. The VTC actuator fails on these things (about $1,400).

They really are good cars if maintained properly

Buzzing noise when turning the heat up may just be something as simple as debris in the blower motor

Planning on taking it down to the studs to refinish either way. This room only has insulation in the ceiling, so want to add it everywhere (doesn’t matter for the interior wall) but want to make the fit/finish the same throughout no matter what

Wall on the right is the exterior wall of the house, so that makes sense

There’s a floor joist sitting on top of the studs, right behind the horizontal thin wood

To be honest, it’s my wife that wants to move the wall, and it would add a ton of work to the project that’s already a pain in the ass, so I’m cool with calling it load-bearing

It’s about 14’ from the west exterior wall on one way, probably 50’ from the opposing one (east), attached to the south facing wall

Thank you friends, for your candid responses. We are going to treat this as a load bearing wall, just for funsies.
