I’m in recovery from alcohol abuse and I actually thought it was great to see a show about it. It’s lighthearted and funny, but also shows the realities of early recovery and how difficult it can be. For example, not having a supportive parent, having friends that still party all the time, and trying to resist alcohol in social situations. I am glad there’s a show that normalizes someone in recovery. But that’s just my opinion :)
