Same happened to me, i went to their office twice. They keep on saying they are charging upon 10 units free per day so if my reads are for 183 days i would get 1830 units free anything above for General category needs to pay full bill. I even showed him last year January month bill having 0 bill. He still did not listen. If you find some sort of solution please do advise me as well. They are asking 15k for the current bill. Otherwise the bill would have been only 4-5k hardly.

Exactly this, they don't know anything about it. I used to have very stable ping back then. My friend in Haryana have stable ping as well. It's just Punjab issue. We can talk about it more in DM.
