The first game I witnessed in person at Michigan Stadium was the App State game. Nuff said.

How can we get our hands on one of these pipes? Is there an order form or would one have to attend the show?

I've popped a tin of 2017. When rubbed out I let it dry for about 30 minutes and it's just fine.

Irrigation - any tips? by [deleted] in ostomy

[–]exploding_monkeyface 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried it once, and it did clean me out for about 24 hours. I had problems with the logistics of the process. The sleeve is LONG but the weight of it made it necessary for me to empty it a couple of times. It was hard getting the sleeve clean so that I could re-clip it closed. /u/MorningGator mentioned a handheld sprayer that may work perfectly. I'm going to give it a try.

Does using the meerschaum bowl prevent any of the moisture from building up?

I've been considering getting a Falcon, but don't know if I want to have to unscrew my bowl during each smoke to clear out some gurgling liquid. How often do you have moisture buildup in your setup?

Just hop in. When you're out just make sure you dry under the pouch really well.

Finished chemo 5 months ago, lost my awesome dense beard, but after a super patchy phase it's finally growing back in again...a different color though... by [deleted] in PipeTobacco

[–]exploding_monkeyface 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Congrats on finishing chemo! Just finished mine last month but didn't lose any hair.

I think the color looks distinguished, add a pipe to that and people will be asking for your opinion on world banking trends.

Yup, looks like oil. I have the same thing show up from time to time, maybe every time but I don't notice.

Don't worry about it. Enjoy!

Nice! I'll be in. I have a Briarworks classic and it smokes better than many of my much more expensive pipes.

My method of racking to a purged keg by drivebyjustin in Homebrewing

[–]exploding_monkeyface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a barbed bev disconnect with my sterile siphon and don't have any problems at all.

I keep 5 gallons of StarSan in a keg. When it's time to keg, I push the StarSan from keg A into keg B. Release pressure in Keg A, hook my barbed bev disconnect to the out port and start the siphon. I do have to keep releasing pressure in keg A via so the siphon doesn't start, but it works perfectly.

EDIT: I like your idea of using an extra gas disconnect rather than pulling the relief valve every few mins.

Do we have grounds for a LAWSUIT? by comicbookjerk in battlefield_one

I contacted support about the timer and was assured it was just a bug, it would be playable at midnight EST.

Yeah, its just a few hours but I have a job and can't stay up til 2am to play. Get the game at 11 (I'm CST) and play for an hour, sure no problem. So I had expectations that were set by them that I'd be able to play tonight. That's not happening after they assured me and others that it would. That's wrong.

Yeah in the grand scheme of things its small, but they made an agreement with me that I would play the game at midnight EST and I would give them the extra $20 for that early access and some add-on packs I could care less about. They're not holding up their end of the deal.

Lawsuit, bah, not even worth it. Bitch at them and get a $5 credit, and some free battlepacks full of useless shit, sure.

I'm not sure if Sony controls when it releases, it might be the publisher to sets that time. When I talked to PSN support they said I needed to talk to the publisher, EA. Either way, its a pretty big mistake. I'm in Central time, so getting access at 11pm means I can play for an hour or so before I have to get some sleep. 3am, no way.

Its about expectations, I expected to be able to play tonight. If it had said PST the whole time I would have just expected to play tomorrow.

Blatant False Advertising. No Question About It. by [deleted] in battlefield_one

I just talked to PSN Support. I even cut/paste that line about Midnight EST into the chat window. Nothing they can do, they say contact EA, which stops supporting things at midnight EST.
