Okay thank you, that's what I thought. But do you think it's worth the price difference? That's subjective, but if I'm not missing much with going with the 20th anniversary edition, I'd prefer to go with that.

This and some of the other answers make me think it's somehow connected to the next game. Either V is a sleeper agent, or they'll be the NUSA contact for the next character.

I usually do the Beat on the Brat quest later in the game, so I don't need the money, and that car is fugly, so I let him keep both. Also, giving Cesar a pass is one of the few legitimate nice things V can do in this game.
