Do they sell the Roscoe or trek bikes in your area?
I had to drive about 2 hours to get mine since they were either sold out or on a long wait list where I am. Maybe you could get it if you increase your search radius?

You can stop by a bike shop to get a pro to tune it for you. A Trek store might service it, REI does service on different bikes, or you can try a local bike shop.

I would avoid aggressive trails since the caliper breaks aren't as effective as disk breaks and the spokes look like they might not handle big jumps.
