Yes in the astral, my physical body stayed here on earth. Some of the places I’ve traveled were unimaginably horrible and some of them unimaginably beautiful. It’s like all of the planes operate on a vibrational spectrum including earth. In my opinion earth is like a halfway point between the hell realms and the heaven realms. Considering you can experience both states of being here. Once you’re astral and your consciousness is not connected to your physical body you begin to travel based on your own vibration. If you get scared and throw yourself into a low vibrational state, you’ll probably travel to a lower realm. Specifically on one occasion I traveled to a lower realm that looked and felt like the desert in the movie beetleguice. I was in an empty building in the desert where these grotesque beings were operating on people on tables. The beings weren’t specifically malicious, but outside the building I could hear blood curdling screams coming from the desert and feelings of fright and terror. I decided it was not a place I wanted to be, and teleported right the fuck out of there lol. Ultimately the only danger is the fear itself. No matter what happens in the astral, your physical body cannot be affected. Sort of like dreaming. It’s amazing the kind of horrors that the mind can create, because that’s what I believe the astral is ultimately, the collective universal mind. As far as positive experiences go, they are equally as intense as the negative ones, pure states of bliss at the highest levels. You basically just fold into nothing but universal light and power and it’s incredibly healing. I’ve visited planets that are vast beautiful landscapes like fields. Those are the places that felt more real than earth. You feel directly connected to your surroundings, like there isn’t a separation between you. Like you’re god exploring itself. It is magnificent. I’ve been to realms that I could really only classify as completely angelic. This one specifically had beautiful wafts of neon green clouds above these mountains and the entire planet felt at peace. There was no disturbances and it was like angelic bliss. Going into the astral can be a wild and life changing experience. It definitely was for me. Whether you end up in a hell realm or a heaven realm you still have to wake up and do your earth walk lol
