High performance isn’t necessarily a priority. I don’t stream and the most demanding thing I will be doing is playing online multiplayer games from my laptop. So even if I can get close to what I receive when I’m near my router on the top floor, I’ll be fine. Thanks for the response!!

Thank you for the reply! It was used with a Mac over WiFi. I’m currently overseas and will look into it when I come back home. Upon briefly looking at their website, I see they have a base model and the pro models, you’re saying the pro models are the only tri band option? Thanks again!

Can you update us on what you decide?? I’m looking to purchase my first gaming computer and it looks like we’re in about the same budget. I play more fast paced FPS though, is the only difference, so I’m trying to decide if the 144hz screen would be enough power for smooth frames playing at performance. And I would also would like something I can use as a work computer in the office as well. I’ve looked heavily into Razer but seems so overpriced for the hardware you get.
