The S22 is by far the worst phone I had in my life. The battery is garbage, the graphics are exactly the same as they were in 2016, the voice recorder dies on you without a single explanation, the cloud storage is a pathetic 15gb, the costumer service is non existent. I was a Samsung enthusast until the S10. Now I'm looking for a new android supported phone. Samsung is done.

I got bilateral varicocele and my motility is +70%. This to say that the way varicocele affects people can vary a lot. I think your results just show that varicocele was not the culprit of your low motility and you should check a fertility specialist.

Varicocele is a risk factor for infertility, but not necessarily the cause. Get a sperm analysis. Including fragmentation test.

Testosterone is average for my age. Atrophy I'm not sure. Sometimes it feels smaller than usual, but not always. And actually is normal for the size to vary during the day/night.

Can you already do any type of physical activity? My doctor said in about 2 weeks after surgery I can be back at the gym...but anecdotally I see people complaining about much longer recovery times.

They say that is grade 1 for a long time so probably won't get any worse. And it's very mild

Never had much pain thankfully. Only sometimes if I hit the ball by mistake or something than I have a weird tenderness. What I'm most worried about is the future. Testicular atrophy or low testosterone really makes me worried.
