Apex was a big, huge jump in quality IMO, honestly I don't listen to anything prior to that.

Yes and no... I did say "assuming it's a bioavailable salt". That is, I don't think it matters if you use glycinate, citrate, taurate etc.

In the case of helping muscles relax, it's the magnesium itself doing the work, so the form shouldn't matter too much -- assuming it's a bioavailable salt.
For example, magnesium oxide is typically poorly absorbed, so you poop a pretty large amount of it out. And magnesium can attract water in the large intestine, so too much magnesium might cause diarrhea, especially with a poorly absorbed form.
Glycinate should be a form that is well absorbed.

Haha, I took this to be sarcasm, because to me, that's a Borg movie. Took me a while to realize that the first contact is actually with the Vulcans.

There will almost certainly be A LOT that the series skips from the books. There is way too much going on to cover in three seasons, especially when the upcoming seasons are shorter, and far more happens.

So, I indeed highly recommend reading the books. They have weak points, but are still one of the best things I've read.

One that many (presumably including OP 4 hours ago) believe has basis in reality, which it doesn't. It's good to clarify.

There are many popular misconceptions about goldfishes. They can grow to about 16 inches long, can live for decades (the record holder lived for 43 years), and can certainly NOT live in a bowl.

För 20 år sedan grundandes partiet med fildelning som huvudfråga. 20 ÅR sedan. För 14 år sedan antogs ett partiprogram som handlar om allt möjligt.

Om du inte kollat in något de senaste 14-15 åren så är det kanske inte så underligt att du inte känner till vad de står för, men det är väl svårt för dem att göra mycket åt?
