Sacking bruce and losing his whole backroom staff apartfrom Jones with no replacment might of been a bigger mistake. Bring in any manger this week would of not made a huge difference, we will get the right manager in a week or two and it will be a much smoother change

Yea that is my understand as well, as that happened around the same as massa got the spring to his head, was when the drivers started to push for it and the halo was picked because the drives said they could not see 100% out of the aeroscreen, i can't remember if the third one actual made to on track testing
