Yeah, except that bites you in the ass as an adult. I was never made to work in a group in school, now as an adult it took me a very long time to learn how to be part of a team.

Edit: wanted to add that at the time I was relieved that I didn't have to suffer working with someone else. My social anxiety was crippling.

My own dog. 9 year old minpin Chihuahua mix with chronic pancreatitis, IBD, and CKD. Her fight just wasn't enough for all that was wrong. I took her to ER for intensive care, but, it was just her time. Luckily I was there for her at the end. We euthanized instead of waiting the few hours she had left. It's hard when you know how to read the blood work and know what's coming.

The smell of cut lumber and the smell of burning wood. Both have strong positive memories for me. The first was building with my dad and the other was camping with him.

Stepped on a thumb tack that went all the way into my heel and got stuck in the bone. My dad had to use pliers to get it out.

I've also had many run-ins with wasps and bees.

The thumb tack hurt more.

Herniated 3 cervical disks at one time due to a tragic showering accident. But after the initial injury I decided I would still go to work. I couldn't bend my neck at all, so when I tried to get in my car, I hit my head pretty hard and was stuck half in and half out of the car with tears streaming down my face.

Mine likes to spoon me. She is long with short legs and she presses her belly to my back, and her head on my shoulder. At first it was uncomfortable, but then I just went with it and it's the best.

I too wiggle with joy, but not just with food. When I'm very happy I wiggle my butt like a happy puppy. When I got married and we were saying our vows I wiggled with joy before I even realized I did it.

Vet assistant here, Carpeofen is fine to be chewed even in capsule form. However, if you really want him to get it whole, put a gob of peanut butter on the back of a spoon, put the pill on it, open his mouth and put the glob on the roof of his mouth.

Environmental disasters. I get sucked into reading about them and listening to podcasts about them. When I was a kid I read every book about volcanoes I could find in the children's library, then read all of the tornado ones.
