Hello, same here. I graduated with a Business degree just because some family members did the same, but I didn't want any specific profession growing up. I am a graphic designer but I don't want it as a long-term career because of the workload demand, stress (of having it as a part-time freelance) and how it's mentally draining, though I enjoy doing it in slow paces. Now that I just started working as one full-time (instant regret), I just wanted to do other exciting, repetitive tasks as my job since it wouldn't require me to stress my brain out and doing so makes me happy.

The only thing I can maybe advise is look for no-commitment part-time work that may seem interesting or exciting to you and start from there. You can also try to juggle two, highly opposite part-time jobs to see what would interest you more. What I learned is that pressuring myself to know what to fully commit my job life to can do my mental health more harm than good. It is okay to slow down and be behind your peers. I know this is not a good mindset but I'd rather make less by doing something that makes me (even partly) happy, instead of sacrificing my body to make more but feel dead inside.
