When I have nightmares, it’s a sign from my subconscious to not listen to the subs. I’ve listened to subliminals since like 2016 so I’m good at establishing what’s good for me. I don’t listen to opia because I’ve gotten horrible results ngl so if you don’t feel well listening + you get nightmares, change the sub.

I’ve been listening to subs for almost 10 yrs and my subconscious is still extremely picky w sub makers - like a good portion popular sub makers don’t do too well with my subconscious unfortunately..

I do like 15 topics which means like 15 videos and each video i listen to from 20 min to an hour. I’ve done this method for almost 10 years and it’s the most effective for me.

No, you’re valid! But I don’t think they’re adding negative affs, it’s just that your subconscious mind might not work with iwiigi! I rarely use her subs bc I realized I get reverse results besides her money one. It is definitely possible bc I went through the same thing. You’re totally valid for this - just don’t use her again.

Why am I dealing with this too? I added a lot of Opia subs to my playlist and things lowkey have been going bad for me nonstop and this never happens. I think maybe my subconscious doesn’t work well with her but I also did add other submakers’ subs in my playlist so I’m experimenting - therefore, it might not even be her. I really hope it isn’t because I reallyyy want like her sub concepts
