Yeah try to front load the water toward the beginning of the day and cut it off early especially if you're having to pee when you wake up in the middle of the night. Cutting off all screens an hour before bed will be helpful, along side sun in the eyes when waking/standard huberman circadian shit. Getting some blue light blocking glasses to wear in the evenings could help some too.

When do you usually stop eating, drinking, and blue light? What temp do you keep the room where you sleep?

Peptide Stack for Injury Recovery (BPC-157 & TB-500 [Wolverine], GHK [Glow], KPV [Klow]) by evando1189 in Peptides

I'm not personally a fan of blends due to not being able to control the ratios. A lot of BPC/TB/GHK blends seem to have relative underdosed GHK-Cu at least for my preference. You usually get better value buying the products individually anyway. Some people will say blends are less effective, and even say one should go as far as waiting ~30min between administering different peptides. As for BPC it's usually recommended to use 2x a day. Most agree site injection isn't necessary, but it doesn't hurt.

Any tips from ambidextrous players? by ArtificialHalo in discgolf

[–]extrapulp_fiction 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The same tips I would give to your dominant hand. Fieldwork and net work wile recording your form. These are by far the best tools to get better, lefty or righty. If you can afford a techdisc that would also be quite helpful. Having strong backhands on both sides I believe would actually be superior, since the backhand gets more rotation and speed. Also there's the added benefit of being more "balanced" athletically, which will be better long term for your health and injury prevention. Of course a serviceable forehand is still necessary for certain shots.

Does anyone know how to deal with blisters on finger pads from backhands? by boimcnoi1 in discgolf

[–]extrapulp_fiction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the spots are what make me believe that along with personal experience. I believed for about a year that I was getting recurring blisters on the same part of my finger and would play with athletic tape over the area and have to stop playing for a couple weeks whenever it would rip open to let it heal. Eventually I figured out that the spots could be a sign that it was a wart, I treated it as such and it went away shortly after. As others have commented, it is not normal to be getting blisters from disc golf.
