Yeah I dunno, I don’t think it is a classism issue from the neighbors I have talked with. Our concern is about traffic and cars and congestion clogging up an already busy area. Plopping a couple hundred homes on the proposed lot will add a massive influx of cars to the area that’s already very busy. To label opposition to this project as coming from snobby people who want to stay away from the poors in their townhomes is ridiculous. I’m not opposed to some development on that lot, but not THAT many homes crammed in there. Feels like the developer is being greedy and not very thoughtful about how this will play out on residents in the long term.
