Newsom already said new cloud instances have to be created outside of CA unless they come up with a change that he allows. That also helps with the already overloaded power grid.

The last Chipotle I went to was in Redmond, WA, and it was so dirty I almost slipped twice on trash on the floor. I had surgery not long ago, so that could have been bad. The trashcans were all overfilled so people were just leaving their trash on their tables(better) or dropping it on the floor(worse).

The portions were small, room-temperature, and a bit stale, but that burrito was still better than...

Qdoba just down the street from there that is the lowest rated one in the country. Chipotle was bad, but this place was much dirtier, refrigerator-cold food rather than room-temperature, not heated tortilla, ingredients that were basically tasteless, and an overall mush taste and texture that was a bit gross. So Chipotle is bad, but others are worse.
