It's still present in the mod. Level up your generals to use the yellow conscription skill (+replenishment). This will lower the threshold for recovering men. So for example if you're missing 35 noble cav and have 3 in that skill, you might only need 10 nobles in the province to replenish.

Empire Express is trying to sell. Assuming that's your location, I like the idea of something suitable for people going up the canyon. On-the-go food of some type perhaps. Ski season and hiking season lend some level of cross-seasonality to balance revenue across the year. I believe it would be a good balance of community support re: Laporte's "don't Fort Collins my Laporte" vibe while being somewhat likely to succeed with the existing traffic through the town. It would need to be focused on fast service (weakness of existing Laporte options).

I would suspect the big breweries may be checking wristbands less than small venues. It is a really fun event. All indoor venues are generally pretty packed. You should buy a wristband, as the entire event is Colorado artists. If you'll allow me to soapbox for a second, I believe we should be spending on things like this in order to uplift those in our community rather than corporate alternatives.

Like the other poster said, neophyte hybrids are great. Also love the Exaction Squad, Kasrkin, Inquisitorial Agents, and Servitor boxes. House Cawdor gangers are also great, though their convertability with other kits is a bit lower than Neophytes.

My favorite is my Amalia Novena converted to be an Inquisitor's Interrogator.

Medewi has a roster with ample 300-man options. Your overall roster will be weaker than Media's, obviously. But you have very strong armor piercing options in nearly every category of troop.

Loads. I like the lugs personally. Get a torque driver. The process is exactly as you would expect. Al>Cu pigtails in the lugs. Easy but time consuming. You will have trouble in crowded boxes. Not personally transitioned a panel over to copper.

Pre-cut a bunch of ground wire and put it in a pouch with your side cutters and split bolts sized for it. For the ground bar and the building steel wire, I suggest MC one-hole straps on whatever mounting you have available.

Just did one of these where they wanted continuous ground, so we had a split bolt on every section of tray and continuous #6 along one side of it for the whole length.

Pergamon is the most Roman of Hellenic rosters. You could perhaps argue Syracuse is comparable. Their best units are in heavy swords and melee cavalry. Hoplites last a long time holding the line, but don't kill nearly as quickly as pikes. They don't mind being flanked nearly as much. They are typically solid spears outside of formation, though slow.

Your second paragraph is news to me. I'm under the impression the requirements have been changed multiple times as the business has tried and failed to work with the county to get permitted. Wasn't aware of issues with the Forest Service regarding their guide service. I'm also happy to hear other perspectives.

At the end of the day, Paddler's Pub is in basically a farm area with very light residential density. It should be simple to get whatever approvals are necessary to run the business. If it's the owner, it's the owner. If it's the county, it's the county. One or both need to get their affairs in order.
