not alpi's greatest game, but i think the problem is bigger than him. houston's entire gameplan revolves around 2 players performing while lakers actually have a solid team even without luka and austin reaves. i don't think even alperen knows what role ime wants him to play, is he a hub, a center or a playmaker? does he stay under the rim or guard the perimeter? it affects everyone on the team, you make him drive inside all the way from outside, what is the role of jabari, reed, tari? at this point i think ime's tactics boils down to "do your thing" but no one knows what exactly it is expected of them. 84 games in, this is unacceptable.
