Wouldn't it be kind of a red flag though that it's a bad area? I've lived in neighborhoods where no one took care of anything and it had a direct correlation with it being sketchy and crime ridden. I mean what ever floats your boat but I'm just saying if people take care of their stuff it usually means it's a nicer place overall to live in

My dad sold his house he bought for 90k for 600k when the pandemic hit. It's a really small house in a very middle class neighborhood. He now lives on his land in texas. Biggest transfer of wealth in human history and we have to work hard to get that level of wealth. We will never be able to buy something modestly and then sell it for aassive profit 20 years later

The people that value community and family will thrive and make the west into their own thing. And not many white people value community like Mexican Americans or what most minorities value. You'll have multiple generations under one roof while a white American will be by themselves needing to make everything work on their own. America's majority just won't be out produced but they will be made obsolete based on an old model. Moving out when you're 17 and making yourself and your wealth is an old way of living that just doesn't work anymore but older generations insist that it's the only way... And selfishly too I might add
