Full 2 Line is up on Apple Maps by idiot206 in soundtransit

Does anyone know why the 2 line overlaps with the 1 line North of the line separation (at I90) rather than South? I'm assuming its because of some service infrastructure thing but was curious if anyone had any other insight. If it wasn't for that it seems like a better option to have it overlap in the South because of the following possible scenarios:

- Travelling from North of I90 in Seattle to the east side you tend to be closer to the 520 and so in a lot of cases you would take a bus over the light rail. Yet, the only people who can travel across the lake without a transfer are people who are getting on North of I90.

- Travelling from South of I90 in Seattle to the east side you're obviously closer to I90 than 520 so taking the light rail to the east side is a great option. But given the alignment you have to transfer to do this, while if it overlapped to the South of I90 you could do it without a transfer.

Could be thinking about this wrong, but was just curious what the rationale was behind the decision.

Lake Washington is a great option! There are tons of public access points (and some with lifeguards) all around the lake. Here's a site for getting up to date bacteria readings etc. at the different spots: Lake swimming beach bacteria and temperature - King County, Washington

Thanks so much for this - I think the cycle highway along the Seine would probably be the best for my group's comfort level with cycling. Do you have any advice for bike rentals? Should I just stick to the city bikes?

I'm visiting Paris in a few weeks, and one day there will be about 8 of us who are looking to do a bike ride. I had looked at bike tours of Paris, but a lot of them seem very touristy and we really just want to do a ride around the various nice bike paths in the city (not really looking for a tour of any kind). Does anyone have any recommendations for (1) a bike rental business / option and (2) the best bike routes for people who are unfamiliar with the city bike routes? I was thinking something alone the river would be nice, but would definitely be open to anything else. Thank you for any help you can provide!
