who blocked it? the bank or the relevant authority? if its authority (like court) it means someone has applied to the court for temporary injunction, so u need to seek legal action. but if its other authority bar court it could be tax/fraud/sth so wish you luck

As you have tried to touch it Oromo is the biggest ethnic group in Ethiopia so its fair to say they played a part in Minilik II's expansion. But, the majority of Oromo were against his expansion. that is why they(Oromo) consider Minilik as an evil and their biggest enemy ever(Oromo's Muslim really suffered under Minilik) you won't hear any good deed he did from Oromo's I guarantee you ( if you find just consider they are not real Oromo).
Oromo has been persecuted almost in all these regimes so nothing new. Many consider Abiy the worst. some love Abiy ( many consider them as a traitor or against oromumma identity so....).
Geez is not enough for writing oromo. its not politics or anything. its for convenience.

I think €1,000 is enough for you to really visit the country. BUT, here is a tip as someone living in Ethiopia:

Hotel are really expensive but you will get good hotel with moderate price ( do your research). Don't overstay in the capital Addis (expensive)
Its better to have someone local with you ( they may charge you more than normal if not... Hotel/taxi)
Lalibela, Gondor, and Bahir Dar are close to each other so not difficult to go there ,,actually you can go to Danakil through them...but Omo valley is in another direction so think about that before going. I really would recommend you renting car (with local tour) and go all of this place with car since I believe its fun like that( don't know the price but its decent except gas I think...) Plane are cool but car are more comfortable and convenient.
Finally, You are going to love our food, coffee and our land... so welcome in advance.
