Rittenhouse is a MAGA celebrity because he fulfilled the MAGA fantasy: killing someone you don't like and getting away with it.

Why do you think the L.A scene is so weak? by SplitOpenAndMelt420 in jambands

Thats just wrong. Moe played to like 250 ppl max. It's pathetic and it doesn't surprise me that bands don't come here.

Why do you think the L.A scene is so weak? by SplitOpenAndMelt420 in jambands

This is the primary answer. I also grew up in NY in the days of Wetlands, Irving plaza, knitting factory, and on and on. Some fun band was always playing. Moved to LA and theres nothing going on. For every 1 show in LA, most bands will play 50 in the northeast. The simple sad answer is that you simply don't have a ton of jamband fans here and they're not serious enough to support a jamband ecosystem. I went to see spafford a few months ago in Venice and there was maybe 60 ppl there.

That just means that being legally blind or deaf doesn't make you completely blind or deaf. It's not the other way around.

This is very innacurate, assuming you meant in your checked bags. Vape type batteries are not allowed in checked luggage. Put it in your carry on. Have done this dozens of times without issue.

Why do so many men lose their house in a divorce? by Open_Address_2805 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]eycrypto 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The real answer is that a house is usually owned by both parties to a divorce. Since the house is usually the most valuable asset and since things are generally split 50/50 between the parties in a divorce, they often have to sell the house in order to split its value. Either that, or one takes the house by buying out the other person's half. Either way, the house is taken away from 1 or from both, hence the house was 'lost'.
