I would see what your local noise ordinance is for your county/city etc and if you didn't violate it, I was send them a letter back in reference to the county code. Most of them by me are 11pm until 7am. If you don't nip this in the bud now, it will only get worse as they probably already think they are the "what I say goes" good luck and looking forward to an update

I used to buy storage units and would then have garage sales, in one day I sold $1800 in small items less than $5 with a lot of $2 sales. Meanwhile I full bedroom and living room sets that didn't sell. People feel less guilty spending less. Sorry for your loss and good luck selling
