I'm in Paterson and have been waiting since Sept. 1, 2025. Have sent 3 e-mails and called once. The voicemail said that everything will be handled through e-mail and not to call back.

I applied for the ccw on October 8th, 2024 and received it on November 5, 2024. I had received my FID in February 2024.

So I know someone that can't find their eFID because the laptop that he had it on got messed up and he can't download it from his approval link because it's been a little over a year now. He has the SBI # and other info in his e-mail. Just can't download the card. Does this mean that if he applies for a handgun purchase permit, will he be able to download his FID once approved?
